This is a one-entry blog for 6018 Rose St, Houston, TX. If you have happened on it, you have probably googled the address and gone beyond the usual HAR.com, Realtor.com, Zillow.com and the rest. I did that blog for fun and information, but I stopped in 2013 when I was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm (no kidding) and suspended posting updates. This home is for sale, and has been for most of the past year. We received some advice from a realtor about what the asking price should be, and we went with it, as we are not real estate experts. Strike one! We have lowered the price several times, and not by pocket change. The home, just 9 years old, has already had a foundation repair which was covered by the builder's warranty.
